“Who’s in charge?” It’s a question which people ask all the time – students, new employees, athletes, citizens. It’s vitally important to know who is in charge, whether we’re talking about your work, your team, your country, or your life.

As we begin reading in a new book of the Bible this week, we head to the New Testament and plunge into one of the Gospels – one of the 4 accounts of the life of Jesus. Each of the 4 Gospel writers provides a different perspective on the life of Jesus, and Mark’s special emphasis is on Jesus’ authority. Right at the beginning of the book he shows us that Jesus has authority over a lot of different things.

Join in to read about Jesus. Here are questions for this week’s reading in Mark 1-4.
